Terms of Use
Last updated: October 26, 2026
These terms apply to apsmorningbrief.com, the AP's Morning Brief newsletter and the free downloads offered here (together, "the service"). By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. Not financial advice
AP's Morning Brief provides general information and commentary for educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, it is not personalised to your circumstances, and nothing in it is a recommendation or offer to buy, sell or hold any security or other financial product. We are not a registered investment adviser or dealer. Investing involves risk, including the loss of your entire investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Do your own research and consider speaking with a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
Leveraged and inverse ETFs
Funds such as TQQQ aim for a multiple of an index's return for a single day only. Over longer periods their returns can differ greatly from the multiple, and they can lose value even when the index ends flat. See Leveraged ETF decay, explained and the fund's own prospectus before trading them.
2. Market data and third-party content
Quotes, charts, hotlists, calendars and headlines in the TradingView panels are supplied by TradingView and its data providers. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and we don't write, check or control them. Figures in our own content are as reported by the cited sources at the time of writing and are not updated afterwards. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
3. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AP's Morning Brief and its editor are not liable for any loss or damage, including trading or investment losses, arising from your use of or reliance on the service or any third-party content shown on it.
5. Content ownership
The newsletter text, site text, explainers, free sheets, design and the AP's Morning Brief name and logo are owned by AP's Morning Brief, except third-party material such as TradingView widgets, quoted text and linked sources, which belong to their owners. You may read, download and share the free sheets and link to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't republish, resell or bulk-copy our content without written permission. Short quotations with credit and a link are fine.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no scraping at a rate that disrupts it, no attempts to break its security, and no sign-ups using someone else's email address.
7. Newsletter
The newsletter is free and sent with your consent through beehiiv. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
